LIAF CONTROL SRL, a Collaborative Organization of the American Grass-fed Association, is a Certification Body that develops certification schemes in accordance to the ISO 17065 standard. This is a voluntary field of certification for Private Company Protocol. The certification scheme for grass-fed products verifies that the collagen peptides are derived solely from grass-fed animals and meet strict quality and welfare standards. LIAF CONTROL SRL is responsible for evaluating the process of sourcing and production to determine whether collagen peptides are suitable for grass-fed certification. Processors that meet LIAF CONTROL’s standards, can display the “GRASSFED collagen peptides” seal on the primary packaging of their product. PB Leiner and LIAF CONTROL have a certification license in place for PB Leiner’s certified grass-fed SOLUGEL™ collagen peptides.
