The certification of meat with attribute of quality is a set of activities and procedures through which LIAF CONTROL, as a third and independent agency authorized by SENASA, verifies and controls that the animal, the media and its products comply with the conditions and specifications established in Protocols of Quality, according to Reg. 280/01 of SENASA. The objective is to guarantee a quality product, tender, tasty and juicy meat when it is consumed.
