Certification of Attributes and Quality Processes in Food

This Certification Scheme according to Reg. 280/01 of SENASA, allows the optional labeling of the foods that comply with it, on the basis of an Attribute or Process differentiating the quality of the food that is approved by SENASA and certified according to Requirement of a Control and Certification Protocol issued by LIAF CONTROL.

The objective is to distinguish the differential quality of a product with respect to a similar product.
